• Respect Thy Neighbours – The estate’s residents (including the furry ones) value their peace and quiet. Please be mindful of noise levels and maintain a respectful atmosphere at all times.
• No Rowdy Behaviour – If your idea of a holiday involves party vibes, excessive drinking, or late-night shenanigans, this might not be the right spot. Kingswood is all about laid-back luxury, not loud disruptions.

Failure to respect these rules may lead to fines or even an early checkout. Security is always on hand to ensure the estate remains the peaceful haven it was designed to be.

House Rules and Guidelines

General House Rules:

• This property is strictly smoke-free. Absolutely no smoking is allowed indoors or outdoors on the property.
• Braai/BBQ and fireplace use: Take extreme care when handling wood, coals, or ashes. Under no circumstances should these materials come into contact with the laminated flooring, as it may result in burns or stains. You will be held accountable for any damage caused.
• A damage deposit of R5,000 to R10,000 might be charged upon confirmation of your booking. By proceeding with your reservation, you agree to comply with all property and estate rules.
